Staged photographs like the ones above in the 1904 print of a Mining Reporter article ‘The Mining World’ were utilized in the promotion of multiple ‘Mining operations’ in Arizona during the pre-regulation territorial era, to sell stock to ‘investors’.

The Mining World:

The images above were taken by a well known photographer in Prescott during the early 1900’s, and used for both the ‘Bradshaw Mountain Copper Mining and Smelting Company’, whatever that is, in their promotion of stock interests, AND by George U. Young for his ‘Derby Mine’, wherever that was located.
