Smith at Prescott, during the land patent application to Mineral Survey 2424 that took much time to be approved due to conflicts and requested relinquishments by the Prescott National Forest service employees, after the final certificate was issued and the lands were paid for in totality of the original acreage of all 25 claims at 419.692 acres.
