Letter of December 16, 1920, to caretaker of the land Fred J. Smith at Prescott, during the land patent application to Mineral Survey 2424 that took much time to be approved due to conflicts and requested relinquishments by the Prescott National Forest service employees, after the final certificate was issued and the lands were paid for in totality of the original acreage of all 25 claims at 419.692 acres.

Office of George U. Young President and General Manager of Young Mines Ltd. and the Madizelle Mining Company. Acting Governor and Secretary of Arizona May 1909 to February 12, 1912. Mayor of Phoenix May 1914 to May 1916, during which time he heavily promoted the revived concept of a Madizelle Mining Company with full page advertisements in the Arizona Republican newspaper.
