‘Protection’ Lode Claim of George U. Young existed of record prior to the Protection #2 and the Protection #3 lode claims. The claim is situated and located in the Thumb Butte Mining District in Yavapai County, in the Territory of Arizona, about 600 feet in a north westerly direction from The Derby Mining Camp and about 700 feet in a northerly direction from the Derby Mining Company’s quartz mill -600 feet x 1500 feet.
